The websites in the Soko Wateja network, including getaroofer.online, are operated by Zunamenon LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, PO Box 5031, East Orange, NJ 07019 ("we", "us"). This policy applies to every site in the network. The current list is on the legal home page. We run independent referral services that connect people with local companies, such as roofing companies. This policy explains what we collect, who we share it with, and the choices you have. To reach us, use our contact form or write to the address above.
What we collect
- When you call us: your phone number, the time and length of the call, and your general area.
- When you visit our site: your IP address, device and browser data and the pages you view, through cookies and similar tools. These include the Meta Pixel, used for advertising, and may include Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors use the page, such as clicks, scrolling and screen activity.
- When you tap a call button: a record of the tap, sent to Meta from your browser and from our server. It includes your IP address, browser details, the ad you came from and Meta's cookie IDs. It does not include your phone number.
- When you fill in a form on our site or on Facebook or Instagram: your name, phone number, email address, address or ZIP code, details about your project, and the answers you give.
- When you write to us: what you send.
How we use it
- To connect your call to a local company that can help, such as a roofing company.
- To pass the details in your form to businesses that can help with your request, as described below.
- To follow up and ask whether the company took care of you.
- To answer your questions and requests.
- To measure and improve our ads and our site.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
- The company that takes your call. Your call is forwarded to an independent local company or a call-routing partner that connects you to one. They receive your phone number and the call itself, and they may record it.
- Businesses that receive your form details. If you submit your details in a form, we share them with independent local companies and with the companies that route, buy or sell requests for them, such as pay-per-call and lead networks. They may call or text you at the number you gave to talk about your request, and they handle your information under their own privacy policies, not ours.
- Service providers that run our phone numbers, site and analytics: HighLevel, Cloudflare, Microsoft and Meta, and the call-tracking and routing services we use.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
- A buyer of our business, if we are ever sold or merged.
We are paid for this, which counts as a sale
The companies that receive your call or your form details pay us for them. Under some state privacy laws, sharing personal information for payment is a "sale". So we do sell your phone number, call details and form details to these companies. We do not ask for sensitive personal information such as health, precise location or government ID numbers, and we do not sell it. We do not knowingly sell information about anyone under 18. You can opt out of the sale of your information at any time: see the next section.
Your choices and rights
- Opt out of sale. Use our contact form and choose "Do not sell my information", or write to us at the address above. Once we act on it, we stop passing your details to new companies.
- Access, correct or delete. You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We offer this to everyone, wherever you live. Use the contact form or write to us. We may ask you to confirm the phone number or address tied to your information, so we know the request is yours.
- Timing and appeals. We answer within 45 days. If we decline a request, we will tell you why. You can appeal by sending the form again and choosing "Appeal a decision". If you still disagree, you can complain to your state attorney general.
- Companies that already have your information. When the law requires it, we tell the companies we passed your details to about your deletion or opt-out request. Each one also has its own policy and process.
- We do not treat you differently for using these rights.
Keeping your information
We keep call records, form details and messages for 12 months, then delete them. We keep longer only what the law requires, plus a short record of your consent and of any opt-out or deletion request, so we can honor it.
Children
Our service is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We will post any change on this page with a new date.
