These terms cover your use of the websites in the Soko Wateja network (the "network"), operated by Zunamenon LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, PO Box 5031, East Orange, NJ 07019. They apply to every site in the network. The current list is on the legal home page. By using a site or calling our numbers, you agree to them.

  1. What we do. The sites in the network are referral services. We connect people with independent local companies, such as roofing companies. We are not a contractor or a service provider ourselves, and we do not perform, supervise or price any work.
  2. The companies are independent. Any agreement for work is between you and the company you choose. We don't guarantee their availability, prices, quality or results. Check that any contractor you hire holds the permits and coverage the job needs.
  3. You do not pay us. The companies, or the networks that route calls and requests to them, pay us for the calls and details we send them. That is how we cover our costs.
  4. Information on the site is general and educational. It is not a professional inspection or advice about your roof.
  5. No warranty. The site and our service are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind.
  6. Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, Zunamenon LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from work done by any company we refer you to.
  7. Calls. Calls are connected to independent companies, who may record them. See our Privacy Policy.
  8. Your details. If you submit your details in a form, we share them with those companies and the networks that serve them, as the Privacy Policy explains, so they can contact you about your request.
  9. Changes. We may change these terms. The version on this page, with its date, is the one that applies.
  10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Your state's consumer protection laws still apply where they cannot be waived.
